    My team and I are available to train you at your gym, in your home, at your work, or at your community complex gym.  

STARTER PROGRAM : $140 for 2 training sessions. This is ideal for those who just need to get themselves started. Includes custom designed workout and nutritional program, bodyfat analysis, postural assessment, and measurements.  

2 WEEK JUMP START : $390 (6 sessions @ $65) three days per week. Includes custom designed workout and nutritional program, bodyfat analysis, postural assessment, before/after photos(Only if you're comfortable).

4 WEEK PACKAGE : $720 (12 sessions @ $60) three days per week.  Includes custom designed workout and nutritional program, bodyfat analysis, postural assessment, before/after photos(Only if you're comfortable).

6 WEEK PACKAGE : $990(18 sessions @ $55) three days per week. Includes custom designed workout and nutritional program, bodyfat analysis, postural assessment, before/after photos(Only if you're comfortable).

8 WEEK PACKAGE : $1,200(24 sessions @ $50) three days per week. Includes custom designed workout and nutritional program, bodyfat analysis, postural assessment, before/after photos(Only if you're comfortable).







One session lasts an hour.  Experience has taught me that my client and I get the best results when we work together a minimum of 3 days per week.  There are 168 hours in the week, I need you to be with me at least three of those hours to make a difference.  If working out one or two times a week fits you better, or more than three times a week, give me a call for rates.

Ultra-Rapid Weight Loss - Will it work? YES.  Is it Healthy? NO.  Sometimes it just has to be done.  This is best suited for the instant gratification seekers who, for one reason or another, didn't have time to properly prepare.  Got a wedding coming up in three weeks, and you don't care how you fit into that dress?  I can help.  Waited too long to prepare for that high school reunion? I can help.  Same rates as training packages.

Accelerated Results - This program is reserved for the highly motivated working under a deadline: athletes, actors (training for roles), fitness and physique competitions and other hard-core trainees.  highly exclusive, not for everyone. Same rates as training packages.

Teen Fitness Training - To boost their performance in any sport.  Teenagers need special consideration. Their young bones and muscles are still growing and should be trained with precision emphasizing perfect form on all exercises.  The problem is most teens want to go "gung ho" and often end up with injuries that may plaque them for the rest of their life.  They could even stunt their growth. Start your teen off  with a strong fitness foundation. Same Rates as training packages.

CUSTOM-DESIGNED WORKOUT PROGRAM:  A workout program made just for you - click on the title above for ordering info. Note: you should have some familiarity with weightlifting exercises to follow the workout plan. There are no exercise demonstration photos yet but there will be in the near future. $50.

NUTRITIONAL REGIMEN : without monitoring -  Diet is 50% of your battle.  It is just as important as your workouts...get a customized menu plan that will compliment your workout program. $75.

ONLINE TRAINING: You get a customized workout plan and diet plan, plus unlimited email support for 8 weeks. Each week you will email me a diet and workout log for me to track your progress.  We will make adjustments as necessary. Note: you should have some familiarity with weightlifting exercises to follow the workout plan. There are no exercise demonstration photos yet but there will be in the near future. $150.
